Lance Jele
Manufacturing strategy
Lance is a former Snr Associate with McKinsey & Company in the Johannesburg office, with experience in strategy development, organisational design and operations transformation across a wide range of industries. His has extensive experience working mainly in the heavy manufacturing industry.
Oz Razak
Digital Innovation
Oz helps businesses understand and leverage emerging technologies, such as blockchain technology. He has worked mainly in the telecommunications practice area with experience in AI, software development, M&A due diligence, etc. He has previously worked as the Enterprise Director at Linum Labs and Strategy Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, South Africa.
Jay Paul
Corporate strategy
Jay is a former Project Leader in the Johannesburg office of The Boston Consulting Group, with experience across a wide range of industries developing corporate strategies and operating models. He has extensive experience working in mining and manufacturing during his consulting career.
Luyanda Matlala
